How do your candle refills work?

Our Pott candles are designed to be reused. Once your candle has finished, simply clean out the ceramic Pott with warm soapy water and drop in one of our custom-sized wax refills.

What are your candles made of?

We use a sustainable blend of rapeseed and coconut wax, paired with high-quality fragrance oils and lead-free cotton wicks for a clean, long-lasting burn.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes! You can subscribe to receive your favorite refills at regular intervals and save 15% on every order. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. If your ceramic Pott arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a free replacement.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Absolutely. All our wax blends and fragrances are 100% vegan-friendly and we never test our products on animals.
